Head chef Chris Beale has created a menu of dishes to be enjoyed while watching the games, such as hot and spicy chicken wings, Brazilian Bratwurst sausage, a Bauru wrap, salsa burgers and classic American style hot dogs.

     Dishes on the new specials menu include succulent 10oz pork loin steak, heavenly butterfly chicken supreme, and a spectacular poached rainbow trout, all of which are priced at £8.95 each.
     Senior citizens can take advantage of the Usk Vale’s fabulous two courses for £6.50 lunch time offer every Wednesday and Friday, from noon until 2.30pm.
